Hello. I’m James.

I’ve got over a decade’s experience in the media and communications industry, with end-to-end experience that encompasses communications, campaigns, content production and commissioning and live events.

My communications experience spans from multi-sector corporate work at large international corporate agencies to one-on-one consultancy with small boutique organisations and sole traders. This work encompasses media relations, message and narrative development, internal communications, social media strategy and public affairs consultancy.

My content production and commissioning experience has seen me lead on the delivery of content across documentaries, sport, arts and culture, children’s, true crime and arts criticism. I’ve also produced high profile live radio programming for the BBC with some of the UK’s most well-respected broadcasters. The programming I’ve led on has gone on to win awards, and I was featured on the 2022 Radio Academy 30 Under 30 list.

This blend of experience at a senior level has afforded me the unique perspective that I bring to my consultancy work. I deliver ideas that make sense, and ensures your work stands out in a busy landscape.

Away from work, I’m a keen runner and love the cinema and music. I also recently completed an MSc in Politics that I completed via evening classes after work, for which I was awarded a distinction grade. Let’s chat!
